The New York Association of Directors of Nursing Administration/LTC is a state chapter of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care (NADONA/LTC). We represent and support Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors, Nurse Managers, and Supervisors in the delivery of quality nursing care in the Long Term Care setting.

We are here to foster the development and growth of the LTC Nursing Leader through education, seminars and networking. We encourage partnership and peer development. We involve members in decision making for advancement in the delivery of nursing care to the clients we serve.
